1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SmartRoute, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SmartRoute provides scheduling, route optimization, and client management tools for mobile service businesses. The service includes calendar management, drive time calculations via Google Maps, team management, client tracking, and an embeddable booking widget.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

4. Subscription and Billing

SmartRoute offers tiered subscription plans billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts, and no credit card is required to start your trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SmartRoute only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store or transmit malicious code, interfere with other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to SmartRoute, including client information, appointment records, and business data. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
